Returns and Exchanges:
Defective Product: We will only accept product for refund within 15 days of purchase. If you want the product replaced or repaired please contact the manufacturer as they are responsible for their warranties and they usually prefer the customer deal directly with them.
We will supply whatever documentation you need to supply the manufacturer with proof of purchase etc. We’re here to support you in this regard.
Electronics and DCC : We do not accept returns of Electronic or DCC items. Please contact the manufacture for information on replacement. Again, we are happy to supply proof of purchase if you need it.
Product Returns: Items purchased may be returned within 15 days of purchase. Product must be new /unused in the original packaging and in resalable condition. A 15% restocking fee will be charged as we incur cost on both the purchase and refund of products.
Product is not accepted for return after 15 days. Be sure and contact us for a Return Authorization Number (RMA) before sending your item back. Returns will not be honored without an RMA number.
